Erika-- what a great photo- The detail is great. I think you can quit sociolgy school and just be a photographer--
I am also glad to see you are not scared of bugs-- how close did you have to get?
I agree! Fantastic detail. What lens did you use for this? Do you have a macro or is this a crop of a larger photo?

I don't have a macro lens, so this was a combination of getting a little close for comfort (about 6 inches away) and then significantly cropping. A macro is next on my list of fun toys to get!
